We had a small problem with the bedlight and allso asked for an extra cover and this was fixed within minutes. We were also upgraded to a better room. We had booked economy for just one night - but due to some available rooms in the category above we got one with a balcony with seaview. Now that's customer service :-)

Direct on the beach and good parking space .Staff very friendly and helpful.I had a problem with my hire car , the reception lady fixed it for us .

Excellent location next to the sea, bright and spacious room with amazing sea view and tasty and plenty full breakfast based on local products. Very nice bed and shower, In the center of the city of Ierapetra.

Everything perfect!!!!! The hotel is placed just nearby to seaside promenade with lots of traditional "tavernas". All hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and makes my stay very comfortable. They show true meaning of hospitality.
