We had a small problem with the bedlight and allso asked for an extra cover and this was fixed within minutes. We were also upgraded to a better room. We had booked economy for just one night - but due to some available rooms in the category above we got one with a balcony with seaview. Now that's customer service :-)

Direct on the beach and good parking space .Staff very friendly and helpful.I had a problem with my hire car , the reception lady fixed it for us .

Excellent location next to the sea, bright and spacious room with amazing sea view and tasty and plenty full breakfast based on local products. Very nice bed and shower, In the center of the city of Ierapetra.

I liked the design and the location of this hotel. the stuff is very friendly and willing. the breakfast is good and with a good variety and good coffee.

The breakfast was perfect. Very much to choose from. The seaview from the balcony was outstanding.
